  2. If I decide to contact you, what is the process and how long will it take?

    If you are a sole proprietor with one location and just a few employees it will not take very long. We know what questions to ask because we devote all our efforts to business insurance.

  3. Do you work with larger businesses with operations in more than one location or more than one state?

    We have more than 40 professional agents and several of our most experienced have specialized in specific areas that range from manufacturing, institutional, governmental, health care, service, retail, habitation and sometimes a combination of these or others. Often we help by providing customized services that reduce claims frequency and/or severity. We have a fully staffed and trained team of safety specialists.

  4. My business is not large and I have just a few employees. Do you have an insurance program for me?

    Many of our companies have specialized package policies that are designed especially for small to mid-sized businesses. Once we gather the information we need we will competitively compare the price and coverage from several companies that have policies designed for your business type and size.

  5. Will you still provide me with good prices next year?

    Several thousands businesses would not continue to put their trust in us if we did not provide consistent pricing and excellent service. Most of our clients prefer to find the right company and agent and build a relationship. We know it takes stable prices, excellent service and proper coverage for this to occur. Many of our clients have had their insurance with us for more than twenty years and several of the insurance companies we represent have relationships that date back more than forty years.

    TRICOR roots go back to 1948. Most of our more than 30 insurance companies we represent have been with us over 20 years and our employees have an average of over 15 years insurance experience.

  8. If a major catastrophe happens, how can TRICOR help me with my claim?

    The largest number of claims that we had in a 10 minute period exceeded 3,000. This was a hail storm which hit one of our communities. In an emergency, TRICOR can open up and handle over 30 simultaneous customer phone calls to speed the processing of your claim. In addition, our companies have catastrophe teams on standby. The highest number of adjusters for any one company that we have had simultaneously working on the site of the claim was more than 20 and that was just for one of our 60 companies.
