I serve as the President and Chief Revenue Officer at TRICOR Insurance. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from UW-Platteville in 1991 and received my CIC designation in 1993. I was the recipient of the PIA Wisconsin Stony Steinbach Achievement Award in 2007 and the PIA Wisconsin and National Young Agent of the Year Awards in 2008. I provide leadership in several areas across our business. As the chief revenue officer, I am responsible for corporate sales strategies across various products and channels. I oversee TRICOR’s overall sales processes and results, along with mentoring world-class sales teams. I lead our Commercial P&C sales team employing the production of new accounts and retention of existing clients. I work closely with the TRICORs leadership team to establish our sales team’s annual production goals and assist in identifying Future Ideal Clients (FICs). I help play an essential role in the development of our carrier partner’s strategy, with a focus is to create and maintain a positive working relationship. On top of having direct ownership of P&C, I also lead a team of Vice-Presidents across Personal Insurance, Group Benefits, and Individual Life and Health through sales strategy and production analysis, giving me oversight of the entire agency’s revenue production.
I began my insurance career in 1992 and have committed the last 29 years of service to TRICOR. I am a board member of Lancaster Sluggers Youth Baseball and have been a volunteer coach for many years in various sports, including football, baseball, softball, and basketball. I am active with the Lancaster First Presbyterian Church and have volunteered as a youth leader for mission trips and other activities.
