I have been a part of the customer service industry for most of my career. I have been fortunate enough to spend more than ten years committed to our business insurance clients. I understand that what makes a product or service great is an ongoing commitment to excellence. I am passionate about the people in our business, and I love to celebrate our successes while working through any challenges that occur. I particularly love to understand each of my clients’ individual needs and strategies so that I can help provide the best insurance and risk management solutions tailored to their needs.
On top of my account manager role, I have taken on the responsibility of managing TRICOR Insurance special projects. Our extensive business initiatives can include onboarding of new technology, developing business analytics, or helping evolve our business strategy over time.
I have also earned two accredited designations, Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). I continually looked to enhance my skills across our industry and share that knowledge with my clients.
