Darren Moll was born and raised in Arizona by Midwestern transplants—a father from Hancock, Michigan, and a mother from Duluth, Minnesota. Growing up in a large, close-knit family taught Darren early on the value of communication, cooperation, and building strong relationships. Those skills have served him well throughout his professional career.
Darren brings more than 20 years of experience as an Insurance Agent, where he has primarily focused on personal lines and developed a reputation for being approachable, knowledgeable, and client-focused. His ability to connect with people has been a defining strength, both in business and in life.
A lifelong outdoor enthusiast, Darren enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. He is married to a Yooper native from Ishpeming, and together they have raised eleven children. For many years, Darren and his family spent summers visiting Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, eventually falling in love with its remote beauty, strong communities, and outdoor lifestyle.
Seeking to broaden his industry expertise, Darren stepped outside of insurance and worked as an estimator and project manager for a plumbing company in Marquette. This hands-on experience gave him valuable insight into the construction industry and the real-world risks faced by contractors and business owners.
Today, Darren has returned to the insurance industry with a specialized focus on commercial insurance. He combines decades of insurance experience with practical construction knowledge to help businesses manage risk effectively. Known for his down-to-earth, easygoing approach, Darren looks forward to partnering with clients to protect their businesses and support their long-term success.
