Heather joined the insurance industry in 2001 as a Life/Health, and Business insurance agent, and she brings a wealth of knowledge working directly with insurance carriers. Heather joined TRICOR's business insurance division in February 2017. As of March 2019, Heather has been an Account Manager in our employee benefits division and was recently promoted to team lead of the account managers for our northern region. Heather has continued her education and has received designations of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and NAHU certification for account management. She received two sales/account management awards in previous roles and was the top life producer for Auto-Owners Insurance in 2009.
