There’s no need for you ever to ask Kelly Neal whether she’s a cat or dog person. Between 2017 and 2025, Kelly fostered 42 dogs (see?) and only failed one…which was actually a win, since it’s now a permanent member of her family! Kelly brings this same loyalty to her work, being a familiar face to her clients for 18 years to date. When she’s not helping a dog find its forever home or a client innovate a solid insurance plan, you can find her spending as much time as possible with her young granddaughter.
