Paula joined TRICOR in 2018 with over 20 years of experience in insurance. Her experience includes working for a large insurance carrier and large employers, where she focused on compliance. Paula specializes in creating and maintaining clients plan documents, along with compliance related to HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA. Paula is also certified with aPHR.
