Spencer has lived in the Beloit community for over 20 years. He feels giving back to his community by volunteering his time is essential. He currently sits on non-profits boards of Visit Beloit, Friends of Riverfront, and the Stateline YMCA Corporate Cup committee. In his free time, Spencer enjoys being outdoors hunting, fishing, and playing golf.
