She knows the importance of providing excellent client service and the impact that it can make, especially when it comes to meeting and exceeding expectations. Tonia has expertise in researching and assisting in resolving any issues or concerns that may arise from a specific claim, including complex ones. In addition, she can provide an extraordinary professional experience for the client by understanding and anticipating their needs. Tonia graduated from Loras College, majoring in Sociology and double minoring in Business and Psychology.
