TRICOR Insurance has been named one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Wisconsin. This designation was determined by surveying more than 300+ employees through an anonymous two-part survey that considers a company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, demographics, and employee experience. The combined scores determined the best place to work and the final rankings.

Unlike other workplace awards, the Best Places to Work in Wisconsin Awards are based on the input of employees who work in one of our Wisconsin locations and who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback on TRICOR by completing an anonymous review about their jobs, work environments, and employers over the past year.
Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings. This annual program was created to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Wisconsin on company culture and business influence.
